Mike Shelton

President

As President, Mike Shelton oversees business development, strategic development, and the advancement of customer relationships for RoadLink.

Mike’s vast experience in the logistics category was developed during a successful 20 year career at Ryder where he held responsibilities in global sales, client management, operations, e-commerce, and marketing communications. He last served as a Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer for Ryder Systems.

Prior to joining RoadLink as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Operating Officer, he served as Chief Operating Officer for Gray Peaks, Inc., where he led global acquisition assessment and global funding initiatives.

Mike also served as Senior Vice President at G-Log, Inc., where he managed global sales operations in addition to an Executive Vice President role at NewRoads, a fulfillment outsourcing company.

Vincent Cimino

Chief People Officer

Vince Cimino is RoadLink's Chief People Officer, responsible for implementing a high-performance culture, while advancing our "One Company. One RoadLink." philosophy.

Vince and his team will ensure that all HR systems and structures - including compensation levels, incentive pay, and competency standards - are aligned with the top priorities of the organization, creating accountability at every level. He is also responsible for reaching out to all Associates and Independent Contractors with high impact, consistent messages that capture the creative and competitive spirits that will help shape the company's future.

Vince brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in both the manufacturing and logistics industries for public and private equity companies. He has held top leadership roles at General Electric, AGC Flat Glass and TDS Logistics. Vince is married to Jacqueline and has four children. He is a golf and sports enthusiast with black belts in tae kwon do and tang soo do.
