ATLANTA – November 6, 2007 – RoadLink, the largest private independent intermodal logistics service provider in North America, today announced a new initiative to better convey and position the company’s expanding capabilities and industry leadership to customers, suppliers and organizations, particularly those with unique supply chain challenges.

ATLANTA (Oct. 9, 2007) – RoadLink USA, Inc. (“RoadLink”), the largest independent
intermodal logistics service provider in North America, announced today the expansion of its
leadership team to include six new members: Mike Shelton, chief revenue officer; Richard
McMichael, chief financial officer; Mark Fornasiero, chief strategy officer; Jeff Larson,
senior vice president – Pacific Region; Chris Easter, vice president – South Region; and Mike
Stark, president of RoadLink Warehouse Solutions.

CHICAGO, IL—MAY 30, 2007—GE Antares today announced it served as administrative agent for a $219 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisitions of WSS and Staffworks by Fenway Partners in conjunction with Roadlink USA, an intermodal trucking and logistics portfolio company of Fenway Partners. GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the first lien credit facility, and sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the second lien credit facility. BMO Capital Markets acted as co-lead arranger and syndication agent for the first lien credit facility.
