ATLANTA – February 13, 2008 – RoadLink, the largest private independent Intermodal Logistics service provider in North America, announced today the purchase of Seattle-based intermodal trucking service provider West Coast Trucking (WCT). The acquisition further supports RoadLink’s position as the leading provider of intermodal transportation and specialized warehousing services in North America.

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Vince Cimino is joining RoadLink as our new Chief People Officer (CPO). Based in our Atlanta office, Vince and his group will focus on key initiatives, such as furthering the “One Company. One RoadLink.” culture, advancing RoadLink University and other professional development activities for our Associates, creating new performance management systems, and successfully integrating our upcoming acquisitions.
