RoadLink Names Mike Shelton President

ATLANTA - January 14, 2010 - RoadLink, the largest private, independent intermodal logistics service provider in North America, announced today that L. Michael (Mike) Shelton, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, has been named President of RoadLink, effective immediately. GE Antares Provides $219MM Senior Secured Credit Facility to the Largest Independent Intermodal Logistics

CHICAGO, IL—MAY 30, 2007—GE Antares today announced it served as administrative agent for a $219 million senior secured credit facility to support the acquisitions of WSS and Staffworks by Fenway Partners in conjunction with Roadlink USA, an intermodal trucking and logistics portfolio company of Fenway Partners. GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the first lien credit facility, and sole lead arranger and sole bookrunner for the second lien credit facility. BMO Capital Markets acted as co-lead arranger and syndication agent for the first lien credit facility.

Fenway Partners and RoadLink Expand Third Party Logistics Presence with Staffworks Acquisition

BETHLEHEM, PA – May 21, 2007
Fenway Partners and RoadLink USA today announced they are expanding their presence in third party logistics (3PL) services through the acquisition of Staffworks, Inc., a leading non-facilities based provider of product handling, warehouse operations and transportation management services. Staffworks is headquartered in San Clemente and currently operates in 17 distribution centers in the Western U.S. Its more than 700 freight handlers unload over 20,000 trailers each month, primarily for customers in the grocery and retail merchandise sectors.
